"Mr. Jones arrived exactly when he said he would. He also made the call in the evening so I didn't have to take off work. He inspected my furnace and not only did not confirm what another heating company told me I needed done, he showed me why it didn't need done. I had called Advantage Heating as a second opinion on a very expensive furnace repair. He was not aware of this when he arrived so he was not deprecating another company. As a result of his honesty & integrity (not taking advantage of a situation in which he could have made money) he is my new source for this type of repair. Lastly, his charges were less than the other company."
